Outreach Report:
Preliminary Numbers:
- 6000 homes canvassed with local church information
- 8 local schools were provided with 700 hours of free labor
- 2 city parks cleaned
- VBS/Mega Sports Camp hosted with an average 50 in attendance each day
- 4 block parties with a total attendance of about 1000
- 1 prayer walk with 70 people covering many blocks
Renovation Projects:
- Painted a house for the Urban Ministry Center to house Engage students
- Painted an elderly couples home
- Painted and helped out at the local pregnancy center
- Painted a barn for a church family
- Shively Worship Center (small church AG that requested assistance)
- Kentucky Teen Challenge (Priscilla's Place Ladies Residential Home)
- Camp Crestwood (District Campground)
- A retired AG Pastors home
- Senior Adult home
- A single dads home
Convoy of Hope Food Distribution/Outreach:
- 2500 families reached
- 5000 bag of groceries distributed
- 120 AIMers and local churches off-loaded and repackaged groceries from the COH Truck
Miscellaneous:
- Numerous hours on host church clean ups and renovation projects
- Served meals at The Lords Kitchen, the local homeless shelter
- Back to School Back Pack Giveaway Bash
- Evangelistic Outreaches
- Percussion and drama performances with 200+ in attendance
- Skate Board Exhibition and Competition
Street ministry
- AIMers shared personal testimonies/stories
- AIM teams participated in or led the the local Wednesday night services 500 in attendance
